Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link.  Customer can request for refund if he/she has not received same product which the customer had ordered. Requests received later than 2 business days will not be considered for cancellation

Refund Policy

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. We require a Bill or proof of purchase.
  3. Customer will be responsible for paying for delivery charges for returning item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If customer receives a refund, the cost of delivery charges will be deducted from billing amount
  4. Several types of books are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Like sample papers, question banks (revision books), magazines, sale items and the books which has been arranged on special demand cannot be returned.
  5. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if applicable): (Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  6. If customer has paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
  7. All disputes are subject to LUDHIANA jurisdiction only.
